How to connect to campus wifi / internet?

Answer

CSUEB Students, Staff, and Faculty: Use Eduroam

Eduroam is a wireless technology that allows you to connect to the internet from any location where you see "eduroam" in your list of wireless networks, using your CSUEB login. You can view the instructions for setting up Eduroam either On Campus or Off Campus on the CSUEB Eduroam webpage

Students can get assistance accessing Eduroam from the Library Learning Commons on the first floor of the CORE building (510-885-4152 or stsc@csueastbay.edu). Faculty and staff can get assistance with Eduroam from the ITS Faculty and Staff Tech Lounge in LI (510-885-HELP or servicedesk@csueastbay.edu).

Guests: Use CSUEB-Guest

If you are not currently affiliated with Cal State East Bay, you can access the wireless via the "CSUEB-Guest" network, which is intended for guest access to a short-term account created using a self-registration portal. To access the "CSUEB-Guest" network, navigate to your wi-fi settings on your device and choose "CSUEB-Guest." You will then be prompted to login with an existing guest account, or to request a guest account.
