I lost my phone. How can I login to Canvas or my email since I have lost the DUO authentication ability?

If you were using your phone to access DUO (the campus multi-factor authentication for campus resources), you can go to ITS in the Library Annex, and they will provide you with a device to receive the DUO authentication code. Here is the DUO FAQ.
