How can I pay a fine or fee that I owe the Library?
Answer
The Library does not accept payments for fines directly. To pay a fine, you have two options:
- Pay in person: Cashier's Office (SA 1200) in the Student Services and Administration Building on the Hayward Campus
- Pay online: CSUEB Web Payment Portal
To remove a Library Hold, please provide evidence that you have paid your fine to the Library.
To see if you have a Library fine, check your Library Account at: http://library.csueastbay.edu/libaccount. Login with your NetID and password. Then click your name in the top right corner of the screen to see your Library Account.
